Edie’s marketing expertise covers comprehensive proposal management, client relationship development, and strategic communications for complex engineering projects across multiple market sectors. At Olsson, she contributes to marketing efforts for a firm with over 1,000 employees and nearly 30 offices across seven states, supporting diverse project portfolios from site/civil engineering to data center design.

Industry leadership

Edie demonstrates leadership in advancing diversity and inclusion within the AEC industry through her founding of Prism, Olsson’s employee resource group dedicated to promoting safety and understanding for LGBTQIA+ community members. Her commitment to positive change extends beyond her firm through active service on ACEC Colorado’s DEI Committee, where she works to effect positive movement within the broader AEC industry and create safe spaces for underrepresented communities.
