AEC marketing professional
Christine leads comprehensive marketing operations for one of the nation’s largest employee-owned infrastructure consulting firms at Halff, founded in 1950 by Dr. Albert H. Halff in Dallas. As Marketing Operations Team Leader, she directs a diverse team including data coordinators, marketing administrative assistants, and graphic designers across the firm’s network of more than 30 offices spanning Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida, and Arizona.
Her expertise encompasses marketing operations strategy, pursuit process optimization, team development, and brand standards governance. Christine brings specialized knowledge in proposal management, graphic design, database administration, and workflow efficiency improvements, with particular strength in developing marketing training programs for both marketing and technical staff. With over 17 years of AEC industry experience and a unique background working all sides of an AEC firm—from CAD drafting to business administration to marketing leadership—she combines technical understanding with strategic marketing acumen.
Her comprehensive skill set spans Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, SF330 form preparation, HUB plan development, and the development of streamlined proposal processes that drive efficiency and consistency across firm-wide marketing efforts.
Christine demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification and extensive contributions to SMPS Houston, one of Texas’s most active chapters. Most notably, she served as Communications Co-Chair for the SMPS 2020 Southern Regional Conference, where she led event branding, graphics development, and website design and maintenance for a multi-state regional gathering serving hundreds of AEC marketing professionals across the Southern United States.
Since 2015, Christine has maintained continuous involvement as a Communications Committee Member for SMPS Houston, contributing to the ongoing distribution of chapter information and creating graphics supporting professional development programming, networking events, and member engagement. Her committee leadership helps ensure that Houston’s AEC marketing community stays connected and informed about opportunities for professional growth.
Her design excellence has earned multiple SMPS Houston Design Awards and SMPS National Marketing Communications Awards recognitions, including first place awards for website design, second place honors for corporate identity and recruiting brochures, and third place recognition for email campaigns and mixed media projects. These awards reflect her ability to create marketing materials that effectively communicate brand value while adhering to the highest standards of visual design.
Christine’s dual expertise in graphic design and marketing operations positions her as both a strategic leader and hands-on creative professional, advancing marketing excellence throughout the AEC industry through both individual achievement and collaborative chapter service.
