As Associate and Sales Manager for the Water Strategic Campaigns Team, she drives sales and business development for major water initiatives across North America, managing the complete pursuit process from capture planning through proposal development and interview coaching for a firm ranked among Engineering News-Record’s Top 10 Global Design Firms.
Her expertise spans water treatment, wastewater infrastructure, water resources management, water reuse, and industrial water systems across municipal, industrial, and institutional markets throughout North America. Casey brings specialized knowledge in strategic pursuit management, competitive analysis, proposal strategy and development, and interview preparation. With 18 years of comprehensive experience in A/E industry marketing, she has progressed from marketing coordinator roles through senior marketing specialist positions to her current sales management leadership at Stantec.
Her multidisciplinary background and superior organizational skills enable effective marketing support for complex water infrastructure projects that address critical challenges including water scarcity, climate resilience, and aging infrastructure across communities nationwide.

As Sales Manager for Water Strategic Campaigns, Casey contributes to positioning Stantec’s global water expertise in major campaigns including direct potable reuse programs, water treatment facilities, wastewater infrastructure, and water resources management projects. Her role encompasses managing pursuit teams, conducting sophisticated competitive analyses, developing compelling win themes, and coaching technical staff through complex interview processes for transformational water infrastructure investments.
Casey brings distinctive experience from diverse professional backgrounds including architectural marketing at Steffian Bradley Architects and Kleinfelder, corporate marketing at John Hancock Financial Services, public relations, and trade show coordination. Her early career included marketing communications work supporting the 2004 Athens Olympics, Boston Marathon sponsorships, and nonprofit public relations initiatives.
Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with emphasis on Organizational Communications from Northeastern University, providing strong strategic messaging expertise that enhances technical marketing effectiveness.
