Cari drives strategic partnerships and business growth for LS3P Associates Ltd., one of the Southeast’s most established architecture, interiors, and planning firms. With over 400 employees across 12 offices in the Carolinas, Georgia, and Florida, LS3P serves clients nationwide through comprehensive design capabilities spanning aviation and transportation, military and government, higher education, healthcare, K-12 education, hospitality, civic, and residential markets.
Her expertise encompasses business development strategy, client relationship management, capture planning, and marketing for the built environment across both public and private sector clients. Cari excels in market analysis, opportunity identification, and building lasting professional relationships that drive organizational growth. With more than 25 years of AEC industry experience, she brings deep knowledge from previous roles at PES Structural Engineers and other prominent engineering firms.
Her comprehensive understanding of the design and construction process enables effective business development support for complex projects across diverse market sectors, helping position LS3P’s collaborative design approach for competitive advantage in growing markets throughout the Southeast and beyond.
Cari demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification achievement and sustained commitment to advancing the AEC marketing profession. Since 2000, she has been an active member of SMPS Atlanta, serving many years on the chapter’s board of directors and contributing to programming that supports hundreds of marketing professionals throughout the metro Atlanta region.
Her leadership extends to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the industry. Cari has presented at SMPS events including speaking on capture planning and business development strategies, sharing practical insights from her 25+ years of experience with peers across the profession. She is recognized as a well-connected professional who approaches collaboration as an opportunity for collective success.
Cari received SMPS Atlanta’s Rising Star Award in 2007, recognizing her early achievements and potential as an AEC marketer. Her professional development includes earning her CPSM certification in 2007, maintaining this credential for over 17 years. She also served on the Visiting Committee for West Virginia University’s College of Media, functioning in an advisory capacity to help achieve academic excellence through sharing professional expertise and industry connections.
Beyond SMPS, Cari contributes to her community through volunteer activities with Hands On Atlanta, an organization connecting volunteers to nonprofits and schools to make a difference in local communities.
