As Associate Vice President and Director of Northeast Regional Marketing, she guides strategic pursuit planning, proposal development, marketing quality assurance, and team leadership for a 70-year-old firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia with 2,500+ professionals across 60+ locations nationwide. Her work encompasses a multidisciplinary practice serving federal, state, local government, and private sector clients across transportation, water resources, environmental services, municipal infrastructure, and facilities engineering.
Her expertise spans strategic capture planning, proposal coordination, CRM management, corporate communications, and marketing team development. Brooke brings specialized knowledge in engineering services marketing, having directed pursuit strategies for complex infrastructure, transportation, and environmental projects. With over 30 years of diverse marketing experience across AEC, legal, and nonprofit sectors, and a degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, she combines strategic business acumen with deep technical marketing expertise.
