With over 20 years of AEC industry experience, she has contributed to marketing excellence at prominent firms including Mortenson Construction and MLG Commercial. Her comprehensive understanding of construction marketing enables strategic positioning for complex infrastructure projects, business development support, and integrated brand communications across diverse operational divisions.
Bridget demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her SMPS Fellow designation, one of the most prestigious honors in AEC marketing representing less than 2% of SMPS membership nationwide. As current Treasurer and Past President (2020-21) of SMPS Wisconsin, Bridget provides strategic financial leadership and governance for one of the most active chapters in the Great Lakes region. Her chapter presidency during the pandemic demonstrated adaptive leadership as she guided the organization through virtual programming transitions while maintaining member engagement and professional development opportunities.

She has been named WCREW 2026 Woman of the Year, recognizing her contributions to advancing women in construction and real estate industries across Wisconsin.
Her commitment to professional excellence extends to organizational culture transformation, having led the launch of Walbec’s first women mentorship program and serving as an active member of the Women of Walbec employee resource group. Bridget’s leadership in internal communications innovation includes partnering with IT to develop comprehensive SharePoint resources that serve 1,750 team members across multiple operational divisions.
Beyond her CPSM certification and SMPS Fellowship, Bridget completed the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Strategic Leadership Program, demonstrating ongoing commitment to leadership development and continuous learning in executive management.
