Brandy helps professional services organizations unlock their greatest competitive advantage through strategic people development and organizational transformation. As founder of Brand DNA Advisors, she partners with AEC firm leaders and teams to address the hidden human dynamics that undermine performance and client experience, blending leadership development, team coaching, and somatic-based wellbeing approaches to create lasting organizational change.
Her expertise encompasses leadership transitions and succession planning, merger and acquisition integration, emerging leader development, multigenerational team collaboration, and navigating interpersonal team dynamics. Brandy brings 27+ years of integrated experience connecting practice management across business development, marketing, communications, finance, technology, and human resources for architecture, engineering, and construction firms throughout California and the western United States.
Through complementary practice areas including ThriveOps association management services and WellSpace Studio somatic therapy, Brandy provides holistic support that recognizes people as the foundation of business success. Her approach moves beyond surface-level solutions to create cultures where individuals feel empowered to lead from their authentic selves, strengthening collaboration, performance, retention, and client relationships.
Brandy demonstrates exceptional professional leadership as an SMPS Fellow (FSMPS), representing the Society’s highest membership honor reserved for individuals who have made significant, sustained contributions to advancing professional services marketing. She received the prestigious 2017 Leonardo Award from SMPS Los Angeles, the chapter’s most distinguished recognition honoring visionaries who embody the Renaissance spirit of Leonardo da Vinci through multidisciplinary excellence and innovation.
As Chapter Leader Symposium cohort leader, Brandy guided chapter presidents from SMPS New Mexico, Orange County, Sacramento, San Diego, and Utah through leadership development programs that strengthen volunteer effectiveness nationwide. She has served as facilitator for the SoCal Regional CPSM Study Group, mentoring aspiring CPSMs across Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego chapters through the certification process.
Her thought leadership extends through participation in Fellows Forum panels discussing the future of business development and marketing, sharing insights alongside industry leaders at SMPS Pacific Regional Conferences. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and certified in Co-Active Coaching, Organizational & Relational Systems Coaching, and Organizational Mindfulness, Brandy brings unique interdisciplinary expertise that bridges AEC marketing excellence with psychology, somatic techniques, and leadership development.
