With over 25 years of comprehensive marketing experience including 7+ years in fire protection engineering since joining TERPconsulting in 2017, Ann has built a distinguished career characterized by strategic creativity, relationship development, and commitment to building lasting, productive partnerships. Her comprehensive knowledge of TERP’s full-service capabilities—encompassing fire protection system design, code consulting, smoke control, accessibility reviews, commissioning and testing, and special inspections—enables effective marketing leadership for a firm founded in 2010 that serves prestigious hospitality, gaming, healthcare, industrial, and commercial clients nationwide.
Ann demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification (earned 2022), transformative service as SMPS Las Vegas Chapter President (2021-2022), and ongoing role as National Chapter Liaison connecting the Las Vegas chapter with SMPS national organization.
