Anezra drives comprehensive marketing strategy for Gratia Geomatics LLC, a certified DBE, MBE, SBE, and HUB geospatial engineering and land surveying firm founded in 2019 and launched full-time in January 2020. As Marketing Director based in North Houston (Spring, Texas), she oversees brand development, business development, proposal management, and digital marketing initiatives for a specialized firm serving commercial projects across the Houston region and throughout Texas.
Her expertise spans land surveying, geospatial services, civil engineering, and infrastructure marketing with deep specialization in proposal development, strategic positioning, and government procurement processes. Anezra brings comprehensive knowledge of surveying and geomatics markets including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, right-of-way mapping, terrestrial laser scanning, drone LiDAR, photogrammetry, hydrographic services, and subsurface utility locating.
With over 12 years of AEC industry experience, Anezra has contributed to marketing excellence across multiple engineering disciplines including land surveying (Gratia Geomatics), civil engineering consulting (HR Green, Inc. where she served as Pursuit Specialist II), and land development consulting (Landtech Consultants, Inc. where she spent 7+ years as Marketing and Business Development Specialist). Her diverse background across geospatial, civil engineering, and land development sectors provides valuable cross-disciplinary marketing perspective.
Anezra’s proven track record includes supporting business development for certified minority and HUB firms navigating complex government procurement processes, managing pursuit strategies for multi-office engineering firms, and strengthening brand presence for emerging geospatial technology companies. Her experience spans federal, state, municipal, and commercial client sectors including Harris County precincts, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Toll Road Authority, TxDOT, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and private development projects.
Anezra demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification achievement and active engagement in SMPS Houston, one of the largest and most respected chapters in the nation, recognized as a top 10 chapter with more than 200 members representing over 170 AEC firms. Her involvement reflects deep commitment to advancing professional services marketing excellence throughout the Houston region and Texas Gulf Coast.

Anezra’s academic excellence is reflected in her Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University (2015-2017), providing advanced strategic communications expertise that enhances her marketing counsel. Combined with her BA in Communications with concentrations in Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing from University of Houston (2009-2012), Anezra brings both theoretical foundations and practical applications to AEC marketing challenges.
Her career trajectory from marketing coordinator roles through business development specialist and pursuit specialist positions to Marketing Director demonstrates sustained professional growth and expanding strategic impact. Anezra’s 7+ year tenure at Landtech Consultants provided deep expertise in land development and civil engineering marketing, while her nearly 2-year experience at HR Green, Inc.—one of the nation’s longest-operating civil engineering firms (founded 1913), ranked #168 on ENR’s Top 500 Design Firms—expanded her understanding of multi-state, multi-office marketing strategy and pursuit coordination for complex engineering projects.
