Andrew leads business development strategy for LF Driscoll, a trusted healthcare construction manager and builder with a distinguished history since 1929. As Director of Business Development, he serves as point person for client relationship management, industry association involvement, building visibility and awareness, fostering client and partner trust, and strategic business planning for this specialized healthcare-only contractor that is part of the STO Building Group, a global multi-billion-dollar construction organization.
His extensive expertise spans business development strategy, client relationship management, strategic planning, and industry networking with specialized knowledge in healthcare facility construction. Andrew brings exceptional capability to build meaningful connections between hospital administrators, facility managers, architects, engineers, and strategic partners throughout the healthcare built environment. He is recognized for his extensive network and ability to provide value to all stakeholders, believing deeply in creating authentic connections that benefit the entire industry.
With 27+ years of AEC industry experience, Andrew has contributed to marketing and business development excellence throughout his career progression from Director of Marketing to Regional Marketing Director to business development leadership roles at nationally recognized firms including The LiRo Group, STV Inc., Langan Engineering, Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, Whitestone Associates, and now LF Driscoll. His comprehensive understanding of marketing, business development, and strategic positioning enables him to drive growth for complex healthcare construction projects serving major medical centers, hospital systems, and healthcare institutions throughout the New York metropolitan region and beyond.
Andrew demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through his CPSM certification (2005), FSMPS fellowship designation (2013), and transformative founding leadership of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) Greater New York Chapter—the nation’s largest AMFP chapter with 650+ members representing 22 healthcare systems and 300+ strategic partner companies. In January 2026, Andrew was appointed AMFP National President-Elect, ascending to the organization’s highest leadership after serving as National Vice President (August 2025-January 2026) and National Director of Chapter Development (March2022-July 2025), where he helped launch 25 chapters nationwide.
As AMFP Greater New York Founding President (September 2020-January 2026), Andrew built an unprecedented community organization during the COVID-19 pandemic, transforming a startup concept into the nation’s preeminent healthcare built environment professional association chapter. Under his leadership, the chapter launched with over 125 members and grew to 650+ members, establishing board representation from NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai Health System, Northwell Health, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He currently serves as Immediate Past President and Executive Director, continuing as advisor to chapter leadership, parliamentarian, historian, and advocate.
Andrew’s national AMFP leadership involved strategic planning, serving on the president’s “Kitchen Cabinet,” leading the steering committee responsible for the organization’s visual identity and mission reboot, sitting on the national election committee and Board Executive Committee, and spearheading chapter development initiatives across the United States. His vision helped establish AMFP as THE organization bringing together everyone in the healthcare built environment—the first organization of its kind to serve the full 360-degreeperspective of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, and operations.
Beyond AMFP, Andrew maintains active engagement across multiple professional organizations including serving as President of Business Development Professionals (BDPros) New York Chapter and Board Member/Chair of Chapter Development, demonstrating sustained commitment to professional networking and industry advancement. He holds membership and leadership roles in the Association of Medical Facility Professionals, American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) – Healthcare Leaders of New York, AIA New York Design for Health Committee, International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Health Care Council, International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Healthcare Forum Committee, New York Building Congress Healthcare & Life Sciences Committee, and Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) NYC Chapter.
Andrew’s distinguished academic background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design (1982-1986), combining creative expertise with strategic business acumen. His 27+years of progressive career advancement reflect sustained excellence in transforming marketing and business development functions at major AEC firms while building industry-wide communities that elevate the entire profession.
