Allison drives comprehensive marketing data management, proposal coordination, and CRM strategy for Toscano Clements Taylor Cost Consultants (TCT), a certified woman-owned boutique cost estimating firm founded in 2007 that has evolved from four employees at folding tables in a historic converted house to over 30+ professionals with offices in New York and Washington, DC. As Marketing Data Manager, she oversees proposal development, trade show coordination, employee event management, and Ajera database administration for a “small giant” firm recognized for 18 years of excellence in cost estimating, scheduling, project controls, and risk management.
Her expertise spans cost consulting, project controls, and construction management marketing with deep specialization in proposal writing, CRM database management, social media marketing, and data-driven business development. Allison brings comprehensive knowledge of cost estimating markets serving owners, architectural and engineering firms, and construction management contractors across healthcare, education, cultural, hospitality, residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
With over 17 years of AEC industry experience, Allison has contributed to marketing excellence across multiple disciplines including cost consulting (TCT since September 2016), architecture and engineering (H2M architects + engineers from 2012-2016), MEP engineering (AKF Group from 2010-2012), and architecture (Cooper, Robertson & Partners from 2007-2010). Her diverse background across cost estimating, architecture, engineering, and facilities provides valuable cross-disciplinary marketing perspective that enhances strategic positioning for complex integrated project delivery.
Allison’s proven track record includes managing proposal responses that have won significant projects for TCT, coordinating national trade show presence that strengthens brand visibility, and implementing CRM systems that enhance business development tracking. Her expertise in marketing data analytics and database management ensures TCT maintains competitive advantage through organized, accessible project intelligence and client relationship information.
Allison demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification achievement and sustained commitment to community service that extends far beyond the AEC industry. Her passion for making a difference in children’s lives is exemplified through her executive board leadership with Share The Voice, a nonprofit charity where she has served as Secretary and Executive Board Member since April 2014—representing over 11 years of dedicated philanthropic service.
Share The Voice’s mission focuses on raising funds to purchase adaptive tricycles for children with special needs, providing mobility, independence, and joy to young people facing physical challenges. As an executive board member, Allison contributes strategic leadership to fundraising initiatives, community outreach, and organizational governance that transforms the lives of children and families throughout the region. Her long-term board commitment demonstrates values of service, compassion, and community building that align perfectly with TCT’s client-focused, relationship-driven culture.
Beyond her charitable leadership, Allison’s professional development includes earning her Bachelor of Science in Visual Arts from State University of New York at New Paltz (1993-1997), providing a creative foundation that enhances her marketing communications expertise. Her visual arts background informs her approach to proposal design, brand presentation, and marketing collateral development—bringing aesthetic sensibility to technical cost estimating marketing materials.
Allison’s career trajectory demonstrates sustained professional growth from marketing coordinator roles through senior proposal coordination to data management leadership. Her 9+ year tenure at TCT (joined September 2016) reflects deep institutional knowledge and commitment to the firm’s evolution from boutique lifestyle company to recognized industry leader. Colleagues describe her as a dedicated professional whose attention to detail, organizational excellence, and collaborative approach strengthen team performance.
Her expertise in Ajera database management—the construction industry’s leading project management and accounting software—positions her as a technical resource for the marketing team. This combination of marketing strategy, database administration, and CRM expertise creates distinctive value in proposal development where data accuracy, client intelligence, and responsive communication determine competitive success.
As TCT celebrates 18 years of growth and evolution, Allison’s marketing data management ensures the firm maintains the organized systems, client relationships, and market intelligence necessary to compete for complex cost estimating projects while preserving the personalized service and boutique firm culture that differentiates TCT in competitive markets.
