Vigor Marine, Portland, Oregon, is awarded a $42,592,765 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220525C4008) for a 130-calendar day shipyard availability for Military Sealift Command’s Fleet Replenishment Oiler USNS Earl Warren (T-AO 207).
