Unit Co. Wins $47M Army Contract for Alaska Readiness Center Construction

Unit Co., Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded a $46,964,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of a readiness center. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Fort Richardson, Alaska, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 8, 2029. Fiscal 2025 military construction, Army National Guard funds in the amount of $46,964,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, is the contracting activity (W911KB-26-C-A002).
