Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems: Awarded $36 Million to Increase Contract for Additional Transducer Units

Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems Inc., Braintree, Massachusetts, was awarded a $36,075,942 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N6660421DC100 to increase the overall contract value ceiling from $69,816,849 to $105,892,788. This increase will allow for the purchase of additional TR-317D and TR-353A transducer units as well as additional TR-353A installation kits over the remainder of the 60 month ordering period. Work will be performed at the contractor’s facility in Braintree, Massachusetts, and the ordering period ends April 15, 2026. Fiscal 2024 other procurement Navy funds in the amount of $20,286,913 will be obligated on the task order immediately following award of the modification, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
