Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Honolulu, Hawaii, was awarded a $93,757,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a new laboratory facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Kihei, Hawaii, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2027.
