TriPoint Solutions Wins $36.3M Navy Contract for Naval College eLearning
TriPoint Solutions LLC,* Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded an estimated $36,328,451 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide digital integration services including the integration, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the eLearning ecosystem supporting up to 25,000 students yearly, combing software and systems in support of the U.S. Naval Community College. Additionally, the contractor must develop and optimize complex scripts, queries, manage security, workflows, and system configurations to ensure seamless automation, optimal performance, and robust data integration across multiple systems and multi-cloud environments. The contract will include a 60-month base ordering period with an additional six-month ordering period pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8. If the option period is exercised, the total estimated value of the contract will have a value of $39,838,083. The base period is expected to begin immediately when awarded in January 2026 and be completed by January 2031; if the option is exercised, ordering will be completed by July 2031. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia (95%); and Quantico, Virginia (5%). Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 will be obligated at time of award to fund the contract’s minimum amount, and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Subsequent task orders will be funded with appropriate fiscal year operations and maintenance funds. The contract was competitively procured with the solicitation posted on the System for Award Management website with five offers received.
