Transforming Training: Clark Construction’s $238M Project at Lackland AFB

Clark Construction Group LLC, Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded a $238,407,362 firm-fixed-price contract to design and build an airmen training complex. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, with an estimated completion date of April 3, 2028. Fiscal 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $238,407,362 were obligated at the time of the award.
