Torch Technologies Inc.,* Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $195,451,542 firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials contract for research and development for evaluating system capabilities and enhancements throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Place of performance and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 13, 2031.
