Tessera Wins $386.7M Air Force Academy Facilities Maintenance Contract

Skookum Educational Programs, doing business as Tessera, Bremerton, Washington, has been awarded a $386,676,777 firm-fixed-price contract for U.S. Air Force Academy Civil Engineering Base maintenance support. This contract provides for engineering services, installation management services, facilities and infrastructure maintenance and repair services, emergency management services, and housing management services. Work will be performed at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado, and is expected to be complete by Feb. 28, 2034.
