STR Secures $9.6M DARPA Mod, Pushing JAWS Software Program Total to $53.7M
Systems & Technology Research LLC,* Woburn, Massachusetts, has been awarded a $9,645,267 modification (P00023) to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract HR001123C0095 to exercise Phase 4 option of the Joint All-Domain Warfighting Software (JAWS) program. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $53,676,089 from $44,030,822. Work will be performed in Woburn, Massachusetts (30%); Arlington, Virginia (20%); Denver, Colorado (10%); San Diego, California (15%); Honolulu, Hawaii (10%); and Portland, Oregon (15%), with an estimated completion date of January 2027. Fiscal 2026 research and development funds in the amount of $9,645,267 are being obligated at the time of award. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
