ShadowObjects Wins $50M Navy Contract for NAVAIR eBusiness Systems Lifecycle

ShadowObjects LLC of Leonardtown, Maryland, has been awarded a $49.99 million firm-fixed-price, level-of-effort, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide full lifecycle functional and technical support for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Contracts eBusiness Systems, supporting system operations, modernization, and alignment with NAVAIR’s long-term strategy. The work includes sustaining and retiring legacy platforms while implementing future systems, performing data migration, and producing strategic documentation, with a strong emphasis on integrating contract writing platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, and related eBusiness tools to improve efficiency and compliance. Performance will occur primarily in Patuxent River, Maryland (86%), with additional support in St. Inigoes, MD; Orlando, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Washington, D.C.; Lakehurst, NJ; and other U.S. locations, and is scheduled for completion by December 2030. No funding was obligated at award; funds will be issued incrementally through task orders. The contract was sole-sourced, and NAVAIR, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting authority (Contract No. N0042126D0008).
