Red Eagle 3 JV* of Coweta, Oklahoma, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for design-build services for the Pine Bluff Arsenal Waterline Replacement. The amount of this action is $22,859,800, with a total cumulative face value of $49,626,300. Bids were solicited via the internet with 6 received.
