Raytheon Secures $59M Navy Mod for SM-2/6 Missile Engineering Support
Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $58,994,042 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-23-C-5410) to exercise options for Standard Missiles 2 and 6 (SM-2/6) engineering and technical support. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Australia, Chile, Denmark, and South Korea. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by March 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,525,000 (50%); Foreign Military Sales (FMS) (South Korea) funds in the amount of $746,250 (25%); FMS (Chile) funds in the amount of $311,850 (10%); FMS (Denmark) funds in the amount of $295,000 (10%); and FMS (Australia) funds in the amount of $148,000 (5%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
