Massman Construction to Build New Downstream Guide Cell: $14.6M Contract for Winfield Lock Project

Massman Construction Co., Overland Park, Kansas, was awarded a $14,607,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a downstream guide cell to support a new lock. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Winfield, Missouri, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 10, 2026. Fiscal 2010 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $14,607,000 were obligated at the time of the award.
