Louisville District Army Corps Taps City Light & Power for JBLM Infrastructure Project

City Light & Power JBLM LLC, Greenwood Village, Colorado, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of power generation and microgrid infrastructure. The amount of this action is $28,047,244, with a total cumulative face value of $30,031,004. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 25, 2028. Fiscal 2025 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $28,047,244 were obligated at the time of the award.
