Lockheed Martin Wins $22.2M Navy Contract for Aegis System Lifecycle Support
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $22,220,762 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for lifecycle logistics, and engineering and technical services for all in-service or post-production Aegis Weapon System combatant ships, Coast Guard cutters, the Surface Combat Systems Center, the AEGIS Training and Readiness Center, and the Integrated Warfare Systems Laboratory. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $99,903,347. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by January 2027. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2031. Fiscal 2026 operation & maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,611,973 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
