Labatt Institutional Supply Co., doing business as Labatt Food Service, San Antonio, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $72,392,607 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food and beverage items. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a 448-day bridge contract. Location of performance is New Mexico, with an Aug. 1, 2026, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and National Guard.
