L3Harris Secures $53M Navy Modification for Anti-Submarine Training Range

L3Technologies Inc., Goleta, California, is awarded a $52,969,729 modification (P00013) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N6134021C0023). This modification exercises options to procure, produce, and test the trunk cables, cable termination, and in-water subsystem for the shallow-water training ranges at Southern California Anti-Submarine Warfare Range. Work will be performed in Tanner Bank, California (92%) and Goleta, California (8%) and is expected to be completed in May 2030. Fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $52,969,729 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract being modified was competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.
