L3 Technologies Wins $30.3M Navy Mod for Tactical Network Communications System
L3 Technologies, Inc., Camden, New Jersey., is awarded a $30,287,137 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded (N66001-24-C-0018) for procurement, assembly, and configuration of network equipment, components, and spares to support the Battle Force Tactical Network Resilient Command, Control, and Communication System Enhancement High Frequency system. Work will be performed in Camden, New Jersey (95%) and Germantown, Maryland (5%). Work is expected to be completed in May 2027. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $27,296,000 and shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,494,000 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract was awarded as a sole-source acquisition under the statutory authority of 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1), as prescribed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, San Diego, California is the contracting activity.
