KPMG Awarded $369M Contract for Army Financial Statement Audit Services

KPMG, LLP, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a maximum $368,979,915 labor-hour contract for audit services and travel for the Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General audits of the Department of Army financial statements, with an expected completion date of November 30, 2026.  The contract has a 12-month base period with four individual one-year option periods, and is the result of a competitive acquisition for which two quotes were received. Subject to availability of funding, Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $68,192,061 will be obligated when funds are available for this contract.
