HRL Laboratories’ DARPA Research Contract Reaches $26M With $14.7M Mod

HRL Laboratories LLC, Malibu, California, has been awarded a $14,689,602 modification (P00008) to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract HR001124C0399 to exercise Phase Two Option for a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) project. The modification brings the total cumulative value of the contract from $11,261,436 to $25,951,038. Work will be performed in Malibu, California (5%); Calabasas, California (85%); and Camarillo, California (10%), with an expected completion date of May 2028. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $4,730,341 are being obligated at time of award. DARPA, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
