Hornbeck Offshore Wins $5.4M Navy Contract for Submarine Support Vessel
Hornbeck Offshore Operators LLC, Covington, Louisiana, is awarded a $5,394,939 firm, fixed-price with pass-through elements (N3220526C1210) for a time charter of one United States (U.S) flag, vessel to provide support submarine sea trails and other fleet mission support services. This contract is for a 183-day base period with one 182-day option period, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $10,551,545. Work will be performed in Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA with expectation of additional worldwide possibilities. The contract is expected to be completed if all options are exercised by February 2027. The base period is awarded subject to availability of funds.
