General Dynamics to Deliver Iron Fist Protection Systems by 2027 in $191M Deal

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Williston, Vermont, has been awarded a minimum $191,191,996 firm-fixed-price, one-time-buy contract for Iron Fist Protection System B-kits. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The delivery order completion date is July 31, 2027. Using customers are Army and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2024 Ukraine payback funding.
