General Dynamics Secures $39.3M Space Development Contract for PWSA Operations

General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, has been awarded a $39,307,155 contract modification (P00062) to a previously awarded contract (HQ085022C0007) for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) ground management and integration and operation and sustainment efforts. This supplemental effort adds the capability to verify and validate system capability readiness and performance for operational acceptance of the PWSA as well as raises contract ceiling for materials and a modification to a previously awarded unpriced change order. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $1,085,940,546 from $1,046,633,390. Work will be performed at Scottsdale, Arizona; Huntsville, Alabama; and Grand Forks, North Dakota, and is expected to be completed by August 2027. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $9,600,000 are being obligated at the time of the award.
