Five Contractors Win $99.5M Army Corps Memphis District Civil Works IDIQ Through 2030

Donald Bond Construction Inc.,* Benton, Missouri (W912EQ-26-D-A006); Coastal Environmental Group Inc.,* Omaha, Nebraska (W912EQ-26-D-A007); Graylee Construction LLC,* Beebe, Arkansas (W912EQ-26-D-A008); Bloomsdale Excavating Company Inc.,* Bloomsdale, Missouri (W912EQ-26-D-A009); and Dumey Contracting Inc.,* Benton, Missouri (W912EQ-26-D-A010), will compete for each order of the $99,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract for miscellaneous civil works projects within the boundaries of the Memphis District, including preconstruction services, design-build horizontal construction, new construction, repairs, and alterations such as gravel resurfacing, channel cleanout, scour repair, floodwall and floodgate repairs, and pump station rehabilitation. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 25, 2030. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District, is the contracting activity.
