Crowley Government Services Wins $62.4M Navy Contract for Six Surveillance Vessels
Crowley Government Services Inc., Jacksonville, Florida, is being awarded a $62,398,506 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C0001) for the operation and maintenance of six government-owned Transportation Auxiliary General Ocean Surveillance (T-AGOS) and Transportation Auxiliary General Missile Range instrument (T-AGM) vessels. The vessels under this award include United States Naval Ship (USNS) Victorious (T-AGOS 19), USNS Able (T-AGOS 20), USNS Effective (T-AGOS 21), USNS Loyal (T-AGOS 22), USNS Impeccable (T-AGOS 23), and USNS Howard O. Lorenzen (T-AGM 25). The contract will be performed on a worldwide basis beginning Dec. 1, 2025, and will conclude on Nov. 30, 2026, if all options are exercised. This contract was a sole-source bridge with a proposal being received from the sole offeror under the authority of 10 U.S. Code. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
