Coastal Dredging Wins $8.52M Contract for Sarasota Beach Restoration Project

Coastal Dredging Co. Inc.,* Hammond, Louisiana, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for dredging beach from New Pass federal navigation channel for placement on the Lido Key beach placement area in Sarasota, Florida. The amount of this action $8,515,913.04. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Sarasota, Florida, with an estimated completion date of April 15, 2026.
