CCI Prime Contractors LLC, Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded a $27,624,2 firm-fixed-price contract for construction. This contract provides for a broad range of maintenance and repair on real property at Hangar 285. Work will be performed at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by October 2027. This contract was a negotiated 8(a) sole-source acquisition.
