Carbon Asset Developer Lands $19.9M Multi-Service Fuel Contract Through 2028

Carbon Asset Developer Associates LLC of Alamo, Texas has been awarded an estimated $19.86 million fixed-price requirements contract with economic price adjustment to supply various types of fuel in support of the Army, Air Force, and Army National Guard, with performance locations in Alabama and Florida; the competitively awarded contract received 35 proposals, runs for two years and eight months with no option periods, and has an ordering period ending Sept. 30, 2028, funded by fiscal years 2026 through 2028 Defense Working Capital Funds, and administered by the Defense Logistics Agency Energy in Fort Belvoir, Virginia (Contract No. SPE605-26-D-8514).
