Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co. Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, was awarded a $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for planning, design, construction, and operation services. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 30, 2030.
