Bell Boeing Secures $10.2M Navy Mod for V-22 Maintenance and Retrofit Support

Bell Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is awarded a $10,242,291 modification (P00006) cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001924F0085) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001922G0002). This modification exercises an option to provide continued maintenance, logistics, and program management support to meet V-22 modification and retrofit requirements for the Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (20%); Jacksonville, North Carolina (20%); Ridley Park, Pennsylvania (20%); Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii (20%); and Forth Worth, Texas (20%), and is expected to be completed in November 2026. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,242,291 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This order was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
