Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc. to Provide Naval Nuclear Propulsion Components in $447M Contract

Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $447,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-24-C-2115 for naval nuclear propulsion components. Work will be performed in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by September 2033. Fiscal 2024 National Sea-Based Deterrence Funds in the amount of $447,000,000 will be obligated at time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
