$25M Army Contract for High-altitude EMP Sustainment Services Awarded to Reliance Construction

Reliance Construction Management Co.,* Cary, North Carolina, was awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse Topology maintenance, surveillance and sustainment services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of March 6, 2030.
