$17M Firm-Fixed-Price Contract Funds New Laundry Facility at Holston Army Plant

RICHARD Group LLC, Chicago, Illinois, was awarded a $17,021,678 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a new laundry facility at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Kingsport, Tennessee, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 19, 2027. Fiscal 2023 ammunition procurement, Army funds in the amount of $17,021,678 were obligated at the time of the award.
