Barnard Construction Co. Inc., Bozeman, Montana, was awarded a $103,584,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a containment structure and a concrete box drainage bridge culvert structure. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Tichnor, Arkansas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 17, 2027. Fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $103,584,000 were obligated at the time of the award.
